FAQ's
Due to the nature of personalisation, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges as each item has been hand embroidered and personalised.
The current turnaround time is 1-4 business days for each order to be completed.
AusPost current shipping time for standard is 1-10 standard days. AusPost express is currently 1-3 business days. Please note due to the global pandemic these timelines aren’t always met and may vary.
Please proof read all names provided and double check all the information as changes can not be made to items once the order is confirmed.
All items are hand embroidered and hand packed before being sent vis AusPost. A photograph will be taken before being sent for filing purposes. In the unlikely situation where there is a fault or damage to the item purchased, please email info@littlebee.com.au (mailto:info@littlebee.com.au)within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, providing images of the fault/damage for our team to assess.
